Birdies and Baubles Tutorial














  • A festive Christmas card in navy blue card stock 5x6"
    Card stock cut 5" x 11" score at 5".
    Navy mirror mat is 4" square.
    Acetate to cover navy mirror is 4" sq. and swiss embossed.
    White mat is 5x5" square. MS punches and CB folder embossed.
    Punch flower petals as desired.
    HFC bird stamp - color-emboss in CB and cut out.
    Side strip navy mirror 1 1/4 x 4 7/8
    Silver mirror 1" x 4 3/4", emboss with CB folder border.
    Add embellishments as desired
    Bow is white sheer 14" long. Use bow easy.



  • Below is some of supplies I used.




    Below is how I cut out for the white part of the ornament.
    I stamped on white c/s, stamped with a paisly background
    stamp and embossed with Ulltra thick e/p.













    Below is the 5" square that was edged with MS punch
    around the page corner and edge loop punch.
    Then cut out the center with the large Nestie and
    then emboss in the cuttlebug.

Just An Idea of Colors



Vibrant, not the usual colours of Christmas
cards. I stamped off the 4 sides of white c/s
1/2 image of a poinsettia stamp and colored with Tombos. Looks so good on glossy or semi
gloss c/s. This layout also makes a great birthday card for December or switch the stamp and enjoy it for a all occasion card.
Poinsettias are stamped 3 times on white vellum, embossed with Judikins Agean silver e/p and cut out. Enjoy Making One.
